Royal Events & Social is a full service events and multimedia venue.The flexibility of our facility provides the ideal backdrop to facilitate any type of special event from personal celebrations and weddings, to organizational events and more.

Main Hall - 2000 sq. ft. space that can accommodate up to 200 guests, depending on the seating and room configuration

  • Onsite concierge to assist with client needs during their event

Booking

 

  • An event consultation request will be sent to prospective clients within 24 hours of receipt of an event inquiry submission

  • Upon signing the rental agreement, a 50% deposit is required to secure the requested event date

  • 50% of the total balance is due 60 days before the event date

  • Final balance is due 30 days before the event date

  • If event date is within 30 days, payment in full is due upon signing the rental agreement

  • Incidental deposit, less any charges, will be refunded within 14 days after event
