Cancellation Policy

Media services require a 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive a refund. Any cancellation of a session within 24 hours of the session is not available for refund, however the funds can be applied towards a future session. The balance for booked sessions are due upon arrival for the session, before the session starts. Session time starts at the time of booking, whether the client is on time or not. Session times may only be extended, at the engineer's discretion, beyond the originally booked time period if there is not a session already scheduled immediately after that session. If the client is over 15 minutes late for their session the session will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
